NOTE: website maintenance includes the updating of images, text (verbiage/copy), video, CMS components (core code, plugins, themes, addons, etc.), and website backups on a weekly basis.
It DOES NOT include the adding/removal of pages, redesign of website, the adding of subdomains, addon domains, web hosting configuration/s, app installs, or anything outside of the scope of content updating of imagery, text, video and/or CMS component updates.
*Copy updates include the formatting, editing, adding and/or removal of text content.
*^Image updates include the formatting, editing, adding and/or removal of image content.
^^Video updates include the adding and/or removal of videos only (editing of actual videos is an additional costs – contact me for details).
**Product updates include the editing, adding and/or removal of product imagery and/or product text content.
^*CMS (content management systems) include the updating of core platforms, themes, plugins, addons, etc.
Weekly Backups include the copying of your entire website, including all files, databases, etc. (where applicable). Weekly Security Monitoring includes monitoring your website for spam, security vulnerabilities, etc. (where applicable – platforms like Shopify, Squarespace, etc. may not require such monitoring). Monthly Website Assessment includes a detailed summary of your website’s overall health (i.e. load speed, seo health, traffic activity, etc.).
