I know you may have questions and/or concerns regarding my services and/or products. So, I’ve provided a brief listing of the more commonly asked questions regarding my services/products below. FREELANCE QUESTIONS

Many design firms/freelancers require a contract before committing to work or rendering services. Do you require any sort of contract?

Absolutely. However, to streamline my design processes, I have generalized all my contracts. What this means is that, by placing your order with me here online, you agree to the terms of these contracts. For your complete convenience I’ve made all contracts available for viewing and/or downloading on the contracts page.

If you quote me a certain price before I commit, will that price change during the design process?

As long as your needs don’t change from the initial needs you stated at the time of the quote, No. If, however, your needs increase after the initial quote then the price may differ from the price quoted.

Do you charge an hourly fee or a flat fee for your design/development services?

I offer many service buys that are pre-priced, if you will, which saves you money in the long run. However, for custom projects or projects that exceed beyond the package price I do charge an hourly rate. Please see my pricing rates page for complete details.

Although you offer pre-priced or bundled products, can I buy designs without the extras or prints?

Absolutely. If there’s a service you’re interested in without extras or prints, just contact me for a free no obligation quote. Note: standalone designs may be billed at an hourly rate.

What exactly are Revision Credits?

Revision credits are the number of times you can have your design re-worked without charge after the first initial mockup/design is submitted to you for approval.

Once you exceed the credits given to you with your purchase or quote, you will be charged/billed at an hourly rate (please see pricing rates page for rates specific to each service offering) for each additional revision over. Each credit is worth or equal to one revision.

MERCH QUESTIONS

Is shopping on your website safe and secure?

Absolutely! I offer a very safe and secure shopping experience, which can easily be noted by the “tune” or “padlock” icon (depending on which browser you’re using) as well as the “s” following “http” (see image below) in your browser’s address bar when you’re shopping on my website.

When will I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances it takes 2 – 5 business days to fulfill an order. Once fulfilled the order is then shipped out and the actual arrival time of your order will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. But under normal circumstances the estimated time of order arrival is 2 – 7 business days.

When I place an order is there a way to track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via all major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). I also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and CashApp Pay.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?

I do offer returns, refunds and exchanges although in a limited capacity. Please see my refund, return and exchange policies to learn more about returns, refunds and exchanges.

Do you offer wholesale pricing on any of your merch?

Yes! If you’re interested carrying some of my merch in your store, boutique or shop and purchasing at wholesale prices, then contact me (choose “Wholesale Inquiry” when filling in the form) and let’s talk.
