REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Returns

Returns on freelance (design & development) service purchases aren’t possible as they are non-tangible products (see refunds below). If there is an issue with your freelance purchase contact me and I will gladly work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns on merch are offered in a limited capacity. Every effort is taken on my end to ensure your orders are always top quality and as you expect them to be at the time of your order. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let me know by contacting me and I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds for freelance service purchases are possible but they are bound by and contingent on the contract specific to that particular service. See the contracts page for specifics.

Refunds on merch are offered in a limited capacity. Refunds for merch are only offered for wrong, mislabeled, defective, and/or damaged merch. If this is applicable in your case, please let me know by contacting me and I will gladly work with you to get you a refund and/or a replacement.

Exchanges

Like returns and refunds, I do offer exchanges in a limited capacity. Although rare, if a product was wrong, mislabeled, defective, and/or damaged I will send you a new one and/or issue you a refund. If this is applicable in your case, please let me know by contacting me and I will gladly work with you to get you a replacement or a refund.
